
Dr Jaggery Energy Booster (Serves 1)
Ingredient:

Dr Jaggery Arogyam/Ananda/Ojasvita/Amrita/Ananta/Hitakara – 4 tsp*
- Water – 1 glass (300 ml)
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Black salt – 1 pinch*
- Roasted cumin seed powder – 1 tsp
- Crushed ice – 1 tsp (optional)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a glass of water
- Add ice and drink for instant energy
Dr Jaggery Black Tea/Coffee (Serves 1)
Ingredient:
- Dr Jaggery Arogyam/Ananda/Ananta/Hitakara - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1 Cup (250ml)
- Tea leaves/coffee - 1 tsp
- Fresh ginger or Dry Ginger Powder (sonth) - 2 tsp (optional)
Method:
- Boil water in a pan
- Add fresh ginger/ginger powder and boil
- Add tea leaf/coffee and boil for 1-2 min
- Now add Dr Jaggery powder/liquid
- Remove from flame and cover the pan for 1 min
- Tea is ready to be served
Tip:
- If fresh ginger is not available add dry ginger powder
- Before sipping you may add a dash of lemon
Dr Jaggery Masala Tea (Serves 1)
Ingredient:
- Dr Jaggery Arogyam/Ananda/Ananta/Hitakara - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1 Cup (250ml)
- Milk - ½ Cup (125ml)
- Tea leaves - 2 tsp
- Fresh ginger or Dry Ginger Powder (sonth) - 2 tsp
Method:
- Boil water in a pan
- Add fresh ginger/ginger powder and boil
- Add tea leaf and boil for 1-2 min
- Add milk and boil it on low flame
- Now add Dr. Jaggery powder and give two three boils
- Tea is ready to be served
Tip:
- If fresh ginger is not available add dry ginger powder.
- If using liquid Dr. Jaggery add it after removing from the flame.
Dr Jaggery Cuppaccino (Serves 1)

- Milk (boiled) – 1 cup (250 ml)
- Coffee powder (Instant) - 2 tsp
- Water – 1 small tsp
Method:
- Add instant coffee powder and Dr jaggery in a small bowl
- Add water and beat it vigorously for 5 min
- Put the beated coffee mixture in a cup
- Pour hot boiled milk
- Mix it gently and serve
Dr Jaggery Lemonade (Serves 1)

- Boiled and chilled milk – one glass (300 ml)
- Roasted mixed nuts – almonds, walnuts, cashew, raisins etc. – one spoon (optional)

Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except ice cream in a mixer jar or blender
- Mix for 1-2 min with break
- Pour it in a glass
- Garnish with a scoop of ice cream

- Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
- Mint leaves ( fresh) – 7-8 (chopped)
- Black salt – 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin seeds – 1 tsp (powder)
- Water (chilled) – 1 cup (250 ml)
- Crushed ice – 1 tsp ( optional)
For Tempering:
- Mustard oil – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves- 2-3
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend it for 2 min
- Pour it in a glass
- Heat oil in a small pan and sauté mustard seed and curry leaves
- Add this tempering to the buttermilk glass and serve

- Roasted chana or barley sattu – 6 tsp
- Water – 2 glass (600 ml)
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Black salt – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida (hing) – 1 pinch (powder)
- Roasted cumin powder – 2 tsp
- Mint leaves – 10-12 ( chopped)
- Crushed ice – 2 tsp (optional)
Method:
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and blend with hand blender
- Pour it in two glasses
