At Dr. Jaggery, we love to ensure that our customers receive the best quality products to ensure their complete satisfaction and for the continuance of faith in us. However, due to any reasons, if you do find yourself cancelling or wanting to return or replace a product, the terms for the same are mentioned hereinunder. All emails are to be directed at: care@drjaggery.com. In all the mails that you write, kindly mention your name, invoice number of the order and your mobile number to help us help you!
Order Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever first.
In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption.
Returns and Replacement:
All orders placed on our website are eligible for return if the product is unused and unopened. The return request has to be initiated within maximum 48 hours of delivery and the reason for return should be explicitly stated in the email.
Refunds:
All the refunds will be processed only after the internal enquiries into the deficiencies in the product or services have been completed. In cases, we would require the necessary proof to begin the process of furnishing the refund. In cases of returns and replacements, the cost of transportation will have to be borne by the customer. We shall not be liable to furnish any refunds or replacements that are placed after 48 hours of delivery of the product or if you fail to provide necessary proofs. Once you reach out to us to initiate any of these procedures, we may require you to parcel us back the product.
Processing of refunds may take a few days and your patience during the period is appreciated. If, however, you do not receive your refund within two weeks, feel free to reach out to us and we will be more than happy to help!
