However, due to any reasons, if you do find yourself cancelling or wanting to return or replace a product, the terms for the same are mentioned hereinunder. Order Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever first.

In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption.

Returns and Replacement

All orders placed on our website are eligible for return if the product is unused and unopened. The return request has to be initiated within maximum 48 hours of delivery and the reason for return should be explicitly stated in the email. 

  1. If the product is received in damaged form, you must write to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach a picture of the delivered order for our internal enquiries. 
  2. If in case you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your return request. To be eligible for return, the items must be unused and unopened. Kindly send a photo of the wrong product you have received for our own reference.
  3. We ensure that you receive the best quality of products but if in case you feel that it tastes stale or unfit for consumption, please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 48 hours of the order delivery. 


All the refunds will be processed only after the internal enquiries into the deficiencies in the product or services have been completed. In cases, we would require the necessary proof to begin the process of furnishing the refund. In cases of returns and replacements, the cost of transportation will have to be borne by the customer. We shall not be liable to furnish any refunds or replacements that are placed after 48 hours of delivery of the product or if you fail to provide necessary proofs. Once you reach out to us to initiate any of these procedures, we may require you to parcel us back the product. 

Processing of refunds may take a few days and your patience during the period is appreciated. If, however, you do not receive your refund within two weeks, feel free to reach out to us and we will be more than happy to help!
